By downloading, accessing, or using aurvi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
aurvi is an AI-powered memory board that helps you save, organize, and retrieve content including links, recipes, notes, to-dos, and other text-based items. The app uses artificial intelligence to automatically categorize and enrich your saved content.
You must create an account to use aurvi. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use the service.
aurvi offers a free tier (up to 25 saved items) and a paid Pro subscription (unlimited items). Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store as auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings under Subscriptions. All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices may change with notice. Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policies.
When you save content, it is sent to Anthropic's Claude AI for processing (title generation, summarization, tagging, and board assignment). By using aurvi, you consent to this processing. Your content is used solely to provide the service and is not used to train AI models. We also use Supabase for data storage, RevenueCat for subscription management, and Render for hosting.
You retain ownership of all content you save to aurvi. By using the service, you grant aurvi a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide the service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to save any content you add.
You agree not to:
aurvi is provided "as is." We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice. AI-generated content (titles, summaries, tags) may not always be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, aurvi and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@aurvi.ai. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of aurvi after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email.
